You may need your own Calin account to use certain Calin Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Click here to manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Calin does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the Calin Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians may create profiles for teenagers in their Calin Household. Alcohol listings on Calin are intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol or use any site functionality related to alcohol. Calin reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Calin Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

You can add a completely new payment card or change your existing payment details, without having to place an order, in your Amazon Wallet.

You can also use Amazon Gift Cards to pay for your order.

Note:

You can split payment between one of the accepted credit or debit cards and an Calin.website Gift Card, but you can't split payment among multiple cards.

We accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) (U.S. billing addresses only) for the purchase of FSA or HSA eligible items.

SNAP EBT cards are accepted as payment methods for valid cards from participating states. EBT Cash benefits are not available as a payment method.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery on certain delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, we'll state this on the checkout page, with the associated delivery date and cost.


If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt isn't made by this date, we'll refund any shipping fees associated with that order.


The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is in your order confirmation email.

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your shipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.


The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:


Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.

Order is shipping to eligible address.

Order is placed before "order within" countdown listed on the checkout page. The "order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.

If you order contains items that aren't eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference "Ship my items as they become available" is selected.

Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.

The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.

An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.

To place an order with guaranteed delivery:


1. Add the item to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout. 


2.Choose a delivery address within the United States (including select addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and P.O. boxes, but not APO, FPO, or DPO addresses) or an eligible export country.


3. On the checkout page, select the guaranteed shipping option. Your delivery date will state "guaranteed" and be displayed on the final page before you place the order.


4. Pay using your credit card or debit card. If your order contains items that aren't eligible for a delivery guarantee, you may be prompted to select an option indicating you'd like to split up your shipments (at an additional cost). Your items will be ineligible for the guarantee if you don't select this option.


5. Calin.website Return Policy

Items shipped from calin.website, including calin Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.


Mistaken Returns

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.


To protect our employees and customers, Amazon disposes of incorrect/mistaken returns. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Amazon, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Amazon can not guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Amazon.


Calin Store Return Policy

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.


For most calin Store returns, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label which allows you to return the item(s) to any UPS drop-off point located across the US. You can find your most convenient UPS location using the following link:

Not all Calin Store items are eligible for a pre-paid return. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.


Calin will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

· Unwelcome repetitive information that bothers and embarrasses customers/participants

· Repetitive posts promoting items in the Amazon category

· any form of "junk" information, including advertising, contests, induction by other companies or websites; Any link that contains the "Recommended" label or branch code.
